	What is Green Energy and How Can We Make a Lasting Impact on the Environment on Squidoo It's difficult to find a primary color that is bulldozing through as many people's lives as green is. Green and Christmas, green beans and the luck of the Irish may have been temporarily shelved as popular color associations, because green energy is experiencing a social, political and economical surge that rivals any major movement of the last century. But what exactly does the phenomenon mean for you and I? It used to be that hardcore environmental groups such as Greenpeace resorted to major demonstrations—and still do—just to make an impact on global news.
