With each project we strive to design sustainable buildings that are cost effective in initial expense and long-term maintenance and operation. We believe is it important to use local materials and labor to reduce transportation costs and instill local pride. We place an emphasis on the mission and purpose of the building in ways that send a message of the project’s importance. We focus on maximum efficiency and multiple use of spaces without reducing the optimal spatial qualities of each function. Our designs provide enhanced flexibility for short-term use and long-term adaptability changes.
