Jiangsu Zhongneng Polysilicon Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“Jiangsu Zhongneng”), established in 2006, specializes in the research, development, manufacturing and sales of high purity polysilicon which is the primary raw material for wafers used in the solar and electronic industries. Phase I and Phase II polysilicon production facilities located in Xuzhou, Jiangsu province with a total annual production capacity of 3,000 MT are already fully ramped up. Phase III polysilicon production facilities with an annual production capacity of 15,000 MT have already started commercial production and should be fully ramped up by the end of 2009.
